Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
Return
- Time frame: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Return Address: We will send the address to you once we confirm the return application through email.

- Types of Returns:
- 4.1) Defective and Damaged Items:
- Cost Responsibility: We cover the shipping costs for returns of defective or damaged items.
- Process: Users are responsible for selecting a courier service and shipping the item to our designated warehouse as specified above. If users require assistance in selecting a courier, they can contact our customer service for recommendations. Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days after our warehouse receives your return.
- 4.2) Normal Quality, User Error, or Unwanted Items:
- Cost Responsibility: Users are responsible for the shipping costs for returns, no restocking fee.
- Conditions: Products must be unused, free from scratches, and have intact packaging.
- Return Process: Users are required to provide photo evidence proving the item’s defect upon unboxing. For items damaged during shipping, users are responsible for capturing photographic evidence and retaining the shipping tracking number for carrier accountability. Afterward, users must communicate with our customer service to obtain approval for return. We will provide shipping labels for the return, and the respective carrier will collect the item from the user’s location for return to our designated warehouse. Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days after we approve your return.
- 4.1) Defective and Damaged Items:
Exchange
If an exchange is needed, the following scenarios apply:
- If a request for exchange is made before we dispatch the item, users can directly contact our customer service for exchange. Any price differences will be settled accordingly.
- For items already dispatched and within 30 days of the order date, users must initiate the return process first. After we receive the return, we will proceed with the product exchange, adjusting the price according to the applicable refund or additional payment principle.
- We do not provide exchange services for orders beyond the 30-day period.
Refund
- Full Refund: For orders entirely our responsibility, a full refund will be issued after the return is processed. Refunds will be returned to the original payment account within 7-15 business days after the return is approved.
- Partial Refund:
- 2.1) Partial refunds may be issued during the exchange process.
- 2.2) In cases of shipping delays or minor damages to goods where customers agree to compensation, partial refunds will be provided as compensation.
- We do not provide refunds for virtual currency such as coupons or promotional items.
